Following the needs analysis, training content can be modified with elective choices to suit the needs of your business and the individuals involved. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is considered and is granted to participants that show sufficient evidence of competencies against the performance criteria of specific units. For businesses that require greater tailoring of resources, Franklyn Scholar has a team of Instructional Designers available - so materials can even incorporate existing company policies and procedures that you would like employees to retain.
